Day 3 of our diet, Doing most of it from Weight watchers but not really keeping track of daily points. Starting weight (Enter weight here) “so not going to post my weight online” my goal weight is 145
Started excel gym yesterday. Going to be working out about 2 hrs a night. So far its great!
